Delivery Details
- Standard Delivery UK - £3.50
  
  This option costs £3.50 and all orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 24/48 hours. All UK Standard Delivery orders will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery, as the default method of delivery.
  
  Special (Next Day) Delivery UK - £6.00 charge
  
  If you require your order dispatched using Special Next Day Delivery, please choose the Special (Next Day) Delivery option. All Next Day deliveries placed before 10 AM are guaranteed before 5 PM the next working day. All Next Day orders placed after 10 AM will be dispatched the next working day, and will be delivered the following day before 5pm. All Next Day deliveries placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered before 5pm on Tuesday. You can also track any Next Day Delivery orders, if you require a tracking number, email us a tracking number request and we will email you back your tracking number. Simply log onto the Post Office official website - www.postoffice.co.uk. Click on ''track order'', enter your tracking number and follow the instructions on screen to track the location, time of dispatch etc of your order.
  
  DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
  
  Republic of Ireland Delivery- Courier Service - £6.95 charge
  
  All orders to Republic of Ireland will be shipped using Fastway Courier Service. It is important that we do have a contact number when placing your order, this will ensure you receive your dress as soon as possible. The courier service aims to deliver your order by the Next Working Day, in some cases this may take two days. Orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
  
  International Delivery – EUROPE - £9.95 charge
  
  For all European orders we use Royal Mail's International Signed For services. These services are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends) for any country worldwide. All orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

  For all Rest of World orders we use Royal Mail's International Signed For services. These services are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends) for any country worldwide. All orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Returns Policy
- Refund Policy
  
  With Love prides itself on unique and exclusive brands. With all your purchases we hope to provide the best possible service and goods. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchases to us in their orginal condition, for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
  
  The recipient will be responsible for the cost of the returning any items. With Love are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, buyers are advised to use a signed delivery service when returning goods. With Love thoroughly checks all items for any defects before dispatch, but as an extra precaution we advise that customers check goods on receipt and before removing tags. Once the tags are removed, we cannot accept returns unless that item is faulty. With Love will not accept returns for items returned outside the 14 day period or items that have been worn, marked (with stains, odour or damage). Once we receive the returned goods in their original condition with the tags in tact, complete with the original packaging, we will refund the original credit/ debit card used for the purchase. The refund will incur the value of the order excluding the original delivery charge. We try to process the refund procedure as quick as possible once we have received the returned goods, but please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This will also depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
  
  HOW TO RETURN:
  
  - Send an email to withloveomagh@gmail.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
  
  - Complete the returns form that was enclosed with your package, clearly stating your name, order number and including the reason for return.
  
  - Send the returns form back to With Love with the item(s) in all the original packaging. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  Once your returned item(s) have arrived at With Love and been verified by our team we will process the refund.
